Andalusia Offers Limited Number of Upgraded "Move-in-Ready" Homes

Dennis and Mary Hill of Laguna Beach are among the new homeowners at Andalusia who purchased a “Move-in-Ready” home – their first home in the desert. Having previously built two homes from scratch, the couple said it was nice to have everything done, that they didn’t have to contract for a pool and spa or deal with landscaping among other details. They heard about Andalusia from friends who had bought at Andalusia and they came to visit them a few times. We do a lot of entertaining and this house is perfect for entertaining,” says Mary. “The two of us can be here and not feel like the house is too huge, or we can have six house guests and there’s plenty of room.”
