Andalusia Offers New Year Incentive

Andalusia at Coral Mountain is offering homebuyers a great way to greet the New Year. Buyers who purchase a home at this luxury golf and country club community in south La Quinta by January 31, 2010 will receive a substantial credit ($30,000 to $50,000 on selected home sites) at Andalusia's on-site Design Center. The credit can be applied toward any enhancements the buyer would like to make to their new home including upgraded flooring, fireplace and media center surrounds, pool and spa, built-in-barbecue, landscaping, and more.

Gordon and Leann Stockwell are among the many satisfied Andalusia homeowners who have utilized the services of Andalusia's Design Center.
