Located within the Racquet Club, Andalusia’s state-of-the-art Fitness Center has the latest aerobic and strength conditioning equipment to help keep you fit and healthy.
For aerobic training, there are programmable treadmills and stationary bikes complete with built-in televisions. You will also find a full range of weight machines as well as a designated free weight area to help build full-body strength.
The Fitness Center’s décor—with high, wood-beamed ceilings, wide mirrors, elegant wrought-iron chandeliers and windows admitting abundant natural light—creates a bright and invigorating atmosphere.
Fitness is Fun at Andalusia
Participants in Andalusia’s Yoga classes can expect a blend of joyful energy, breath and strength building poses with attention to alignment. Currently two Yoga classes are offered during the season – Flow Yoga Basics and Flow Yoga.
Andalusia’s highly trained and certified fitness instructors are passionate about sharing their knowledge to help people improve their mobility and quality of life. The fitness classes not only provide a supportive environment for improving or maintaining fitness, they offer a fun outlet for camaraderie.
Andalusia also organizes group hikes lead by an expert hiking guide. Treks this past season ranged from the San Andreas Fault and Mecca Hills, Little Painted Canyon and Garner Valley Ranch to an excursion to Zion National Park.
From limbering stretches to more challenging strength building and hiking adventures, Andalusia at Coral Mountain is the perfect fit for fitness enthusiasts.
